Groups are open to voluntary and court-mandated clients. All domestic violence groups comply with California PC Section 1203.097 for court-approved batterer intervention programs. Anger management parent groups meet requirements of PC 273.1 for parents convicted of physical child abuse and neglect. Unless otherwise indicated, all groups are ongoing.
Clients must first call for an intake interview. In Alameda or Contra Costa Counties, call John Hamel, LCSW at (925) 930-0900. In Marin County, call John Hamel at (415) 472-3275.
